automated urinalysis testing for physicians
Roche Diagnostics announces the newest member of its Urisys
urine analyzer family - - the Urisys 1100. This user-friendly,
compact and time-saving diagnostic tool offers state-of-the-art
urinalysis for fast and standardized results that allow healthcare

so they can provide high quality patient care. The Urisys 1100 analyzer
is currently available in the U.S. market.
The Urisys 1100 urine analyzer is ideally suited for physicians'
offices and specialists seeking a cost-effective way to improve
standardization and work flow for urinalysis testing. Additionally

"This urinalysis diagnostic device is a first step into automation
for physicians' offices, but also for small laboratories with low
work load (10 - 40 samples/day), performing small batches or consecutive
testing", said Dr. Ewald Hohenberger, Senior Marketing Manager
Primary Care for Roche Near Patient Testing.
