Training Centers

Roche Diagnostics has a state-of-the-art training facility for customers and employees where our Customer Training department provides quality training to 2,300 internal and external customers per year. We are committed to providing the product training and materials for our customers need to use our products with confidence.

Basic Operator Training

Those attending basic operator training are provided with skills necessary for all routine operations and maintenance on the system. After completion of the course, the operator is able to identify and locate all major components of the system, perform daily checks, start-up and shutdown procedures, and sample processing for routine and stat samples.

Advanced Operator Training

The Advanced Operation Computer Based Training CD-ROM is an interactive learning tool. This course is designed to give the experienced operator an in-depth look at the mechanical workings and fluidics of the system. This program will also serve as an aid for advanced troubleshooting topics.
